		We purchased the 9-hour tour of Siena, Chianti and San Gimignano. Alessandro picked us up promptly at 9 and our first stop was a visit to Siena. Along the way, he gave us a history of the town and pointed out the many beautify things to see there. Next was a stop at a Winery in Chianti where we proceeded to sample the wines, along with an amazing array of foods! As we stayed a bit too long at the Winery(:D), we had a short, but enjoyable trip to San Gimignano. All in all, a perfect day!

		We secured Hire in Italy to transport us from Siena to Florence on Saturday April 11, 2015. We asked to stop along the way in the Chianti region. Our driver was Mirko and he was fabulous!!! He was professional, friendly, informative, and prompt. We weren't familiar with the area so we relied on Mirko's suggestions for what to see along the way – and we loved each of his choices!! After leaving Siena we made 5 stops – Monteriggioni, Castellina, Panzano, Greve, and a winery, Casa Emma, for lunch and wine tasting. Each stop was perfect and we owe it all to Mirko! We HIGHLY recommend Hire in Italy. Their service is impeccable!!!

		We first used Hire in Italy in October for a transfer from Rome airport to Campobasso. Our driver was impeccable in every regard. The car was very comfortable especially for such a long ride. Then in March/April we came from NY to Florence with our son and his family. Mirko personally met us at the airport to welcome us to Florence and say hello. All throughout the planning for the trip, both Rossella and Mirko stayed in touch offering help and suggestions. Mirko directed us to a wonderful day in Pisa and Lucca, with a guide in Lucca who was terrific. We even were able to rent bicycles there which my grandchildren especially enjoyed. Our driver was Alessandro who was the finest example of an Italian gentleman that one could ask for. He even made a dinner reservation for us at a restaurant that he goes to himself which was wonderful. Then at the last minute, with so much luggage, we decided we needed car service to the train station and after a quick text to Mirko, the car arrived at our doorstep within 15 minutes. I would definitely highly recommend Hire in Italy for both transportation and tours. You will feel like you have family in Italy.

		Hire in Italy was introduced to us by the firm that arranged our apartment rental. I was very impressed by Mirko Venturini's introductory email outlining the various transport services available to us. We used Hire in Italy primarily for transfers within Florence and to and from airport.

Communicating with Mirko was so easy; he's very responsive and even with a short-term change (one of our group had his flight diverted and arrived after the rest of us and Mirko was able to send a car with just a few hours' notice).

Very professional team - Mirko and the drivers were just excellent and very professional. We will definitely use Hire in Italy again and perhaps use them to arrange tours in Tuscany.

		Words can't express our gratitude for Alessandro and Hire for Italy. All the reviews are exactly right...they are courteous, professional, punctual, beautiful vehicles, great service and the list goes on. You can't go wrong. However, if you have any doubts you must know that they will go above and beyond to show the wonderful hospitality and kindness of the very best Italians have to offer. We had the unfortunate experience of needing medical attention at a hospital for my sick daughter. Our english speaking driver, Alessandro, drove us from Florence to our next destination, Siena, but took us to the hospital first. An intimidating experience for foreigners, Alessandro stayed with us to help translate and make this as easy as possible for us. He also brought our bags to the hotel while my daughter received medical attention. He returned back to the hospital and has been in frequent touch with us to make sure she is feeling better. His kindness was incredible and we will forever be grateful for his assistance. We will make a return visit to Italy to see all that we had to miss and we will, without any hesitation, use Hire for Italy again...wonderful service and people!

		We recently used Italy for Hire for transfers from the Bologna airport to Florence as well as our rental apartment to the train station. Booking was seamless, our driver, Alberto was on time, professional and courteous. The vehicle was new and clean. During our visit to Florence, we decided to spend a day in Rome. Mirko was extremely accomodating in scheduling our day trip (last minute) as well as providing useful information for our visit. No detail was overlooked and the level of professionalism was stellar. Highly recommend!

Thank you for last night's transport to Grassina, and return trip. Your driver was perfect in his knowledge of the route, and so very polite. It made our visit with our friends special.
I will certainly write a wonderful review to Trip Advisor, as you and your company and drivers have been excellent on so many occasions. We will always use you when we are in Firenze.

		We just spent two months in Florence and used Hire in Italy several times for transfers. I cannot speak highly enough of them and the service they provide. Our driver, Alessandro, was waiting for us on arrival with a beautiful Mercedes. He called the management company of the apartment we were renting and ensured they would be there to meet us. He also gave us several recommendations of restaurants and where to shop for food near to our apartment. All of which proved to be outstanding. We then booked several other transfers for friends visiting us and on every occasion the service both from the administration and the drivers was excellent.
